Menger Valve, LLC Sued by DocTech for Breach of Contract

Regarding: Harris County 129th District Court Case No. 2019-13179

According to the breach of contract lawsuit, filed by Patrick O’Hara of the O’Hara Law Firm on behalf of DocTech, Menger Valve, LLC and Marek Menger owe money to DoctTech for services the company provided.

Seeking unspecified monetary damages, DocTech says it was unaware of Menger’s “reputation for not paying the amount due under the contracts involving his companies.” Based on this alleged reputation, the suit says that DocTech believes Menger never intended to pay the full amount as this appears to be “his pattern and practice.”
